Every step of the way you've been encouraging and kind and positive. It's truly made a world of difference.

I don't have a new job yet but, my gut level feeling is that something will break soon. You all will be the first to know!

Yesterday's Real Talk was an attempt at transparency. I really think we owe it to each other to keep the internet honest. It's not kittens and roses all the time!
