I climbed so many vertical ladders today that I'm a sweaty mess...with sore arms. This concerns me. It's hard to wash long hair with sore arms. #ladysailorproblems

I really wish I had something exciting to tell you....but other than the fact that we had a yummy beef stir fry for dinner today was just like any other day at sea.
